The Job Resource Center Internship Program at Moraine Valley provides current Moraine Valley students an opportunity to pursue a supervised short-term, real-world, hands-on work experience during the summer, fall or spring semester.

To be eligible for an internship, students must meet the following:

• Current Moraine Valley student in credit courses
• Completed one academic college semester at Moraine Valley
• Be in good academic (2.0 or better GPA) and good student standing
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States*
• Register on College Central Network
• Follow steps to being approved to view internships

Disney College Program
The Disney College Program with Walt Disney World and Disneyland offers a one-of-a-kind internship that combines education opportunities and work experience while living in Florida or California for 5-8 months. Our office hosts various career-related events, including Job and Internship Fairs, Mock Interview Days, panel discussions and special class presentations. Our Job and Internship fairs offer a fast, effective way to connect with hundreds of prepared job seekers and fulfill your hiring needs. The fairs are open to students, alumni and community members. Powered by College Central Network, this Internet-based job listing service allows you to directly post your job openings to Moraine Valley Community College and 12 area community colleges. Internship Program
Students can contribute positively to your workplace while acquiring on-the-job experience. 

Recruit on Campus
Reserve space in select, high-traffic locations on campus to discuss job opportunities with students. Tables are scheduled typically two weeks in advance to ensure maximum publicity for your visit.

Nontraditional Careers Program
This program creates exposure and provides information about non-traditional careers, such as women in welding and men in nursing. Resources include a panel discussion, workshops, literature and website.

Sponsorship and Donor Opportunities
Donations to the Job Resource Center are a wonderful avenue for your organization to support the Job Resource Center’s mission and invest in your next great hire. You can invest those we serve and your future workforce through a contribution which helps support and enhance the Job Resource Center’s programs of connecting students, alumni and community members to job and internship opportunities. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
